ATIS Relay Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Program Terms") are Additional Terms under Section 20 of the ATIS Relay Terms of Use. The ATIS Relay Referral Program (the "Program") is operated by Torrey Systems, LLC, doing business as ATIS Relay. By sharing a referral link or accepting a Reward, you agree to these Program Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

1. How the Program Works

Each account holder gets a personal referral link. A person who signs up through your link is a "Referred User." When a Referred User's first paid subscription charge succeeds, you and the Referred User each earn one free month (a "Reward").

2. Eligibility

• Referrers must have an ATIS Relay account in good standing and meet the eligibility requirements of the Terms of Use.
• A Referred User must sign up through the referral link and must never have had a paid ATIS Relay subscription, on the Website or through the App Store.
• You may not refer yourself, including through other accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods you control.
• Each Referred User can generate a Reward only once.

3. When a Reward Is Earned

A Reward is earned only when the Referred User's first paid subscription charge successfully completes. Sign-ups, free trials, and free text requests do not qualify.

4. Form of the Reward

• Website subscribers: a billing credit equal to one month of the standard monthly subscription price at the time the Reward is earned (currently $5.99), applied to your next bill or bills.
• Referrers without a subscription: the same credit, held on your account and applied when you subscribe. Pending credits expire 12 months after they are earned.
• App Store subscribers: because Apple handles that billing, we cannot apply a credit. Instead, we extend your ATIS Relay subscription access by one month at no charge. Apple is not a sponsor of the Program and has no responsibility for it.

5. No Cash Value

Rewards and credits:

• have no cash value;
• cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash;
• cannot be transferred, sold, or moved to another account; and
• may be applied only to ATIS Relay subscription fees.

Unused credits are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Reversals

We may reverse a Reward for both the referrer and the Referred User if the qualifying payment is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, or if the Reward was earned in violation of these Program Terms. A reversal removes any unused credit or extra access period. We will not charge you to recover a Reward you have already used.

7. Limits

A referrer may earn up to 12 Rewards per calendar year. Referrals beyond that limit do not earn the referrer a Reward, but the Referred User still receives theirs.

8. Sharing Your Link Responsibly

When you share your link publicly, such as on social media, forums, websites, or video, you must clearly disclose that you receive a reward when people subscribe through it. You may not:

1. send spam, or unsolicited bulk emails or text messages;
2. post your link on coupon, deal, or rewards-aggregation sites;
3. bid on "ATIS Relay" or similar terms in paid search or other paid advertising;
4. use ATIS Relay's name or logo in a way that suggests you represent us, or make claims about the Service that we have not made; or
5. create, or encourage others to create, fake or duplicate accounts.

9. Fraud and Abuse

If we believe in good faith that someone is abusing the Program or violating these Program Terms, we may withhold, cancel, or reverse Rewards, end that person's participation in the Program, or suspend or terminate their account under the Terms of Use.

10. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to Rewards you receive.

11. Privacy

We record which referral link a Referred User signed up through. We tell referrers when they have earned a Reward. We do not share a Referred User's contact or payment details with the referrer. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

12. Changes and Ending the Program

We may change, suspend, or end the Program or these Program Terms at any time. Rewards earned before a change remain valid under the terms in effect when they were earned, including any expiration. The Program is void where prohibited.

13. Relationship to the Terms of Use

These Program Terms are part of the Terms of Use, including its dispute resolution and governing law provisions. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on anything about the Program, these Program Terms control.
